"Really easy site to use"
I used the site last week, or maybe it was the week before, and it was painless finding what I needed. The menus were laid out in a way that made sense, and I liked being able to filter by size and brand instead of digging through a bunch of pages.
The pages loaded quickly for me, and checkout was straightforward too. I never felt like I had to stop and figure out where to go next, which is basically all I’m looking for when I’m shopping online

"Refund was processed surprisingly fast"
I returned an item because it didn’t fit properly, and to be honest, I was expecting the refund process to drag on a bit. But once they received it back, everything was handled really quickly. "Good packaging, but I had mixed feelings"
My order showed up packed really well, and nothing was squished or damaged, which I definitely appreciated. The box looked clean too, so that was a nice plus. I had slightly mixed feelings overall, though, since the packaging was great but the order itself didn’t really wow me beyond that. Still, I’m happy with how carefully it was shipped.

"I ordered a bra and then found..."
I ordered a bra and then found out it was on backorder, so I was definitely a little frustrated at first. But Bare Necessities reached out quickly and actually kept me in the loop, which I really appreciated.
It ended up shipping right around the time they said it would, and the rest of my order arrived with no issues. For something I expected to be kind of a hassle, it was handled really well. I’d happily order from them again!

"Good brand selection, honestly, but not perfect"
I still check Bare Necessities now and then because they do carry a solid mix of brands. I’ve found a few names I already like, plus some sizes that are usually harder to track down. That said, some brands have way more styles and colors than others, so it can be kind of hit or miss. The prices are okay too, depending on what you’re looking at. Overall, it’s a decent place to shop, but i do wish the selection was a little more consistent

"Sizing was actually right for once"

I had to return a bra that didn’t fit right, and I was fully prepared for a whole dramatic customer service nightmare. Like, I had already mentally cleared my afternoon for frustration.

But the return steps on Bare Necessities were actually super clear, and I got the label without any weird hoops to jump through. I dropped it off, got updates afterward, and genuinely sat there wondering if I had missed the part where it was supposed to be annoying.
Then the refund came back faster than I expected, which felt almost suspicious in the best way. It was easy, simple, and way less painful than I was bracing for, so yes, I’m weirdly thrilled about returning a bra...

"I was a little surprised by the..."
I was a little surprised by the prices. I compared a few other sites first, unless I’m remembering wrong, and this one seemed cheaper for a lot of the same basic stuff. The sale items were actually decent too, not just the weird leftovers nobody would buy.

For what I paid, the quality seems worth it so far. Shipping was normal, nothing amazing but no problems either. I’d probably order again when I need basics, though I guess I’ll see how everything holds up over time.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but there were actually way more styles than I thought there’d be. The colors were cute too, not just the usual black and beige. It was easy to find something I liked, so yeah, I’ll probably order again.

"Nice at first, but didn’t hold up"
I ordered a couple of bras they seemed good at first. The fit was fine and the fabric felt nice, so I thought I’d found something reliable. But after just a few washes, one of the straps started stretching out, which was really annoying. I had planned to wear it for a weekend trip, and then had to change what I was packing because it didn’t feel supportive anymore. They’re not awful, but for the price, I definitely expected them to last longer

“I've ordered from third love, adore me, soma and she-fit. Bare Necessities has been the most comfortable by far. They have a huge variety of styles for almost all sizes. I haven't ordered anyother items but the bras are amazing.”

Are the brand named items such as calvin klein on the website genuine items ?

“My only issue was the sizing, which even though it's not there fault, they have been amazing to work with. I will continue to order with them. Products are excellent quality, beautiful and comfortable. My size isn't available in a lot of places, but the ones where it is the bras have been horrible. One has scratchy material, another gives me headaches due to stress on my shoulders from the design.”
